우리가 믿는 복음The Gospel We Believe

우리의 믿음은 정보가 아니라, 그리스도 안에서 하나님과 이웃을 사랑하도록 이끄는 살아 있는 고백입니다.Our faith is not merely information. It is a living confession that leads us to love God and our neighbors in Christ.

성경The Word

성경은 하나님의 말씀이며 우리의 믿음과 삶을 인도하는 진리임을 믿습니다.We believe Scripture is the Word of God and the truth that guides our faith and life.

예수 그리스도Jesus Christ

예수 그리스도의 십자가와 부활로 주어진 은혜의 복음이 우리의 유일한 소망임을 믿습니다.We believe the Gospel of grace, given through the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ, is our only hope.

하나님의 주권God’s Sovereignty

모든 삶과 역사 가운데 일하시는 하나님의 주권을 신뢰하며 감사와 순종으로 살아갑니다.We trust God’s sovereign work in every life and throughout history, responding with gratitude and obedience.

교회와 선교Church & Mission

교회는 세대와 문화를 넘어 한 몸을 이루어 이웃을 섬기고 땅끝까지 복음을 전하도록 부름받았습니다.The Church is one body across generations and cultures, called to serve our neighbors and carry the Gospel to the ends of the earth.

역사적인 예배당에서 시작된 믿음의 유산은 한인 이민 공동체의 기도와 섬김을 지나, 오늘도 예배와 선교의 이야기로 이어지고 있습니다.Our legacy of faith began in a historic sanctuary, was carried through the prayers and service of Korean immigrants, and continues today through worship and mission.

이 땅에 뿌리내린 개혁 신앙Reformed Faith Takes Root

이 지역의 개혁교회 신앙은 올드 더치 교회(Old Dutch Church)의 설립과 함께 깊은 뿌리를 내리기 시작했습니다.Reformed faith took root in this region with the founding of the Old Dutch Church.

태리타운에 세워진 예배의 집A New Sanctuary in Tarrytown

성도 수가 늘어나며 1837년 흰색 예배당이 세워졌고, 1850년 5월에는 현재의 붉은 벽돌 First Reformed Church가 세워졌습니다.As the congregation grew, a white sanctuary was built in 1837. In May 1850, the present red-brick First Reformed Church was completed.

한인 이민 성도들이 복음 안에서 예배하고 다음 세대를 세우기 위해 웨체스터제일교회를 창립했습니다.Korean immigrant believers founded the Korean Church of Westchester to worship in the Gospel and raise the next generation in faith.
